Our Community Sessions are relaxed shared sauna experiences designed to bring people together through heat, cold water and connection with the outdoors.
Sessions are open to everyone and offer the chance to enjoy the sauna at a slower, more social pace — whether you come alone, with friends or meet new people along the way.
Move between the sauna, sea air and optional dipping in the North Sea before warming up around the fire pit.
Community Sessions take place regularly throughout the week. Private sessions can be arranged at other times during the week.
Women’s Wellness Retreat Morning
Slow down with Sauna Hetta in cosy Calico Barn. Enjoy a welcome cuppa and mindfulness chat, followed by wood-fired sauna, infrared meditation with sound therapy, and a mini facial gua sha ritual. Finish with a hot drink, cake and time to connect.

Just 12 spaces. Optional lunch afterwards at The Barn on The Bay, charged separately.
Ritual Sessions
Our Ritual Sessions are designed to slow things down.
Built around the rhythms of the sea, moon and morning light, these sauna experiences combine heat, cold water, stillness and connection with nature at Druridge Bay.
Whether you join us at sunrise, beneath the full moon or in the quiet moments of dawn, each session offers a chance to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself, the elements and the coastline around you.
Ritual Sessions are 90 minutes and all include tea and cake.

Sauna & Spa
Relax, Rejuvenate, Recover
Our Sauna & Spa was created in collaboration with a local apothecary. These sessions include a sauna session with optional cold plunge followed by a self guided facial ritual in our spa bar next to the sauna.
Shape the experience your way—move between the wood-fired sauna, cold plunge buckets then make use of the spa bar to apply the products. Relax on the verandah with a drink and sweet treat.
Robe & towel hire can be added if you’re gifting the experience or want to keep the spa element a surprise.
During the winter months sauna and spa is based in our lovely stone barn, Calico Barn. Please look for specific Sauna & Spa sessions on the booking calendar. You can also add the experience to any midweek sauna session if booked in advance (book your sauna then email us to book the spa bar).

ON ARRIVAL
Please park where directed in your welcome email. If you arrive early you are welcome to leave your car in the car park and head over to the sauna.
Please check in for the sauna in The Barn on The Bay or meet on the verandah if the barn is closed. Please don’t approach the sauna until your alloted time as there may be other users still changing.
